Hotels, resorts and restaurants in Italy hire waiters (camerieri) and kitchen staff for the tourist season, including in lake, coastal and mountain areas.
Requirements
- For a non-EU worker, an Italian employer must request a nulla osta (work authorisation) naming the worker, within the Decreto Flussi seasonal tourism quota
- A written job offer before you apply for the entry visa
- Employers expect you to communicate with guests and staff, so basic restaurant Italian helps
