Receptionist - UAE Government Jobs Information Page (Dubai)

UAE Government Information Pages (Aggregated) Dubai, Dubai Official resource

Job Description

The UAE Government portal u.ae sets out the private-sector employment rules a receptionist in Dubai works under: no recruitment costs may be charged to the worker, wages are paid through the Wage Protection System, and the Labour Law sets no minimum salary. Read it before you accept any Dubai front desk offer.

Requirements

  • Article 6 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 bars employers from charging workers recruitment and employment costs
  • The night premium does not apply to workers employed on a shift basis, so get any allowance in writing
  • Free zone employees are generally not governed by the UAE Labour Law; ask which rules apply

Note: this link opens an official government information page. It is not an application form for one vacancy, and it does not guarantee hiring.
