Process and Maintenance Engineer, SABIC, Saudi Arabia

SABIC hires process, control system, instrument, planning, stationary and operations engineers across its petrochemical affiliates in Jubail and Yanbu, running large-scale chemical manufacturing plants.

What the work involves

Operating and monitoring plant processes, maintaining and troubleshooting rotating and static equipment, supporting instrumentation and control systems, inspection and reliability work, and process safety inside a regulated industrial environment.

Common requirements

• A relevant engineering degree, with requirements set on each individual vacancy
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers, which is mandatory to practise engineering in the Kingdom
• At least five years of experience for a foreign engineer, because the Council does not accept registration below that unless the applicant is Saudi or Bedoon
• Availability for shift work and for site-based work in Jubail or Yanbu
