Job Description
Dubai hotels can hire foreigners only once the employer obtains a work permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, which issues 13 permit types to registered establishments. It is illegal to work in the UAE without a valid work permit, so a visit visa never lets you start a hotel job.
Requirements
- Article 6 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 bars employers from charging workers recruitment and employment costs
- The UAE Labour Law sets no minimum salary, so compare the written offer
- Confirm accommodation, meals and insurance in writing
